Virtual Commemoration event

For safety reasons the laying of flowers, lighting of torches and speeches usually given at St Woolos Cathedral will be recorded and performed virtually, with members of the public invited to watch, share your thoughts as we remember those that sacrificed their lives and livelihoods for the right to vote.
